1. Can I wear hanfu if I am not Chinese?

Yes, hanfu is not restricted by nationality. As long as you appreciate the beauty of it, such as Japanese kimono and Korean hanbok, etc.

Over the course of history, people from all over the world have come to China from far and wide, bringing with them different races, ages and genders to bring with them a completely different culture from that of China, and the Hanfu has become more and more charming.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

• Why our price is higher than Taobao?

In short, it’s because of customs duties and shipping costs.

When items are exported and imported, it has customs duties, total up to 40% or more. Also, in many regions, such as Europe and North American, the package still need to pay additional excise taxes.

Current gas fees are very expensive, and shipping a package will cost at least $25 USD or more.

It means that when the package arrives at your door, the item will have cost over 2x price of Taobao. As we all know, most products of international companies will have different prices in different regions, and only the local market where the factory is located, will have lower prices.

• What is the difference between our products and other shopping sites?

If you are a first-time hanfu buyer, you may be confused, other shopping sites like Amazon and AliExpress also sell the same products, and even a few products may have lower prices, so what’s the difference?

First, just as mentioned above (why the price is higher than Taobao), if you plan to buy hanfu on other shopping sites, please be aware of items that under $50 USD, those products are made of poor quality materials (also may have big differences with the pictures).

Our hanfu factory will also produce hanfu for other shopping platform sellers, and they usually use the cheaper fabric (same product, but different material and quality); other shopping sites also have high quality products, our suggestion is, no matter where you plan to buy, it’s better not to choose hanfu under $50 USD.

Please reply to us directly via your order email with a detailed description of the problem, and our support team will usually solve the problem within 12 hours (in working day).

• How do I wash my hanfu?

Please hand wash carefully as to not ruin the embroidery, jewels, or buttons.

Please air dry or lay flat. Hand washing and air drying also extends the life of your hanfu.

Please steam out the wrinkles. Be extremely careful with ironing; iron on the lowest temperature setting to avoid melting through the delicate fabrics!

Do not use bleach.

• How do I wash accessories & bags?

If you would like to clean hair accessories, please use an alcohol or antibacterial wet wipe to gently wipe it down.

For leather bags, follow the same steps as washing hair accessories.

For cloth bags, please spot clean with soap, water, and a small towel.
