“Maple Frost” draws inspiration from Du Mu’s classic poem A Trip to the Mountains, with maple leaves serving as the main design element.
A sheer white veil overlays the gradient apricot-toned Ming-style long jacket, creating a soft, elegant silhouette. The mamian skirt features bold red-and-yellow color blocking at the hem, resembling layers of fallen maple leaves carpeting the ground. Intricate maple leaf embroidery at the base of the skirt evokes the image of leaves swirling as you walk.
The entire look captures the essence of an autumn mountainscape—just like the vivid scene described in the poem.
