Despite receiving the influence of Manchu rule, Han ethnic group still combined traditional and Manchu culture to create their own style of hanfu. The gorgeous embroidery and complicated accessories on the robes are the key features. This "Lanxin Huizhi" Republican-era cheongsam set artfully features the elegance of orchids, rendered across the fabric. Anchored in a refined blue-green palette, it’s accented with touches of beige. Worn as a whole, it evokes the image of a classic maiden who seems to carry the delicate fragrance of orchid with her.
